Chandesa Silver Jewelry - Return and Refund Policy

At Chandesa Silver Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. We deeply value the trust you place in us and believe in being transparent and fair in everything we do. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make things right.

1. Return  Eligibility

  • You may return unused and unworn jewelry within 7 days from the date of delivery. We follow a no-questions-asked return policy, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Fill in the Return Request form (found under Quick Links at the bottom of every page on Chandesa.com) with the required details.
  • Alternatively, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp or phone at +91-99115 21461 to schedule a return.

3. Return Shipping       

  • We’re happy to arrange a free return pickup for you to make the process seamless. There’s no need to pay anything—the return shipping will be on us.
    Your convenience is important to us!
  • Please note, our delivery partners may take 10–15 days to return the package to us.

4. Processing Your Refund

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be promptly processed to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We take utmost care in packaging every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you still receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
  • Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days of confirmation.
