1. Processing Time & Delivery

  • All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after the dispatch, depending on your location.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped.

2. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to become active.

3. Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within India.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

  • We also offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) option if you prefer to pay at your doorstep.
  • For COD orders, our team may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch.
  • In some cases, we may request a small advance payment of ₹150 (or more depending on the order value) to confirm and secure your COD order.

Please note that COD shipments involve additional handling costs, and non-accepted deliveries result in double logistics charges for us. The advance amount helps us block your selected item and minimise unnecessary returns.

5. Shipping to Remote Areas

  • Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time.
  • In case of delays, we will inform you in advance.

6. Order Delays

  • Delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, customs clearance, etc.).
  • We will notify you promptly and work towards a resolution.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please double-check your address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
  • Chandesa is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
